In the summer of 2012, the student expedition arrived on the frozen continent to put into practice the research proposed in the contest of the Chilean Antarctic Institute. The search for fossils, the construction of time series to analyze the impact of global change were some of the lessons learned by Tamara, Sebastián, Katherine and Adriana, protagonists of the great trip. Scientific cooperation and cultural exchange with multidisciplinary and multinational teams also enriched and promoted his future research career.
